We receive a lot of unsolicited resumes and job applications which we tend not to use. To be honest, we used to keep these on file until such time as we needed them (in other words, when we were in preproduction on a new project), but found that the contact details aged very quickly or the person had moved away, or left the industry. Generally, when we are looking to crew up or cast a production, we will advertise through the usual channels and/or put something on the front page. In other words, don't bother sending us your resume unless we are actually crewing a production.
